Acceptance
By accessing or using Voice Collection (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to contribute recordings. If you are under 18, please obtain parental or guardian consent before submitting audio.
Licence grant
By submitting a recording you grant Voice Collection a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, and distribute your contribution under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). You retain copyright in your own voice.
Prohibited conduct
You may not submit audio that contains hate speech, incitement to violence, personal data of third parties, content protected by copyright you do not own, or material intended to deceive or harm others. Automated bulk submissions without prior written approval are prohibited.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy of transcriptions, or fitness of the dataset for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Voice Collection and its maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Russia.
Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page and the effective date above. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
